- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since each job has different variables (size, services, restrictions, accessibility, scheduling) we price on a one-off basis. This helps us to prevent underserving our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's important that we meet new customers and learn more about the job, so we like to perform a guided walkthrough. The walkthrough also helps us to prioritize needs and set and manage our customer's expectations for the end result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
