Vicki and her team are highly knowledgeable, super friendly and always staying up to date with new training methods and routines. They strive to meet each individuals needs by personalized workout sessions and one on one training. Duxbury Fitness keeps things fun and up beat as well, with their boot camp and burpee challenges! I highly recommend Duxbury Fitness to anyone who needs that boost of motivation and confidence or is looking for a fun, clean and inviting workout environment!

Duxfit is the perfect place if you want to you and to get fit, lose weight, or need to train for an athletic event. Duxfit has an outstanding group of personal trainers, led by Vicki, the owner who motivates and pushes you to your potential, to achieve your set goals! I've trained there for several months- I've not only lost weight and inches, but gained muscle and confidence to challenge myself to the next level of fitness!
