He arrived earlier than expected and was able to get started right away. He took the time to show me exactly what the problem was and clearly explained the parts I needed to complete the repair. He was also very patient while I ran to AutoZone to pick up a missing piece. Overall, it was a good experience and I will definitely be working with him again
