From beginning to end, everyone at USA Epoxy was excellent. John reached out soon after I inquired and came to my home for the assessment and quote. It was consistent with others, and given their track record of superior work, we moved ahead. The team was flexible on dates. Bill was the main installer and was fantastic, answering my question the day of and ensuring things were done on time. As you can see from the pictures, the final product is a dramatic improvement!

I couldn’t be happier with the finished work. John, Jay, and crew did a phenomenal job and I would hire again in a second. If you are considering having your garage floor epoxied then you need to talk to John and Jay. Hands down they are the best.

We are very happy with the USA Epoxy of New England team for work on our garage and utility room floors. We worked with John, who personally came to see our garage, walk us through the process, show various samples and test for moisture. He came back again the following week to re-test the moisture in the concrete to make sure we don't need an additional vapor barrier. On the scheduled days of work, the two team members came on time, were extremely professional and did a great job. Overall we are extremely impressed with John and his team and will gladly recommend them to all our friends.

Jay and his crew did a great job from a quick response for an estimate, to scheduling, to getting the work done. Even when the project took longer than expected because of my floor condition, they worked late into the evening to make sure everything was done correctly. The crew couldn’t have been nicer or more professional, and I got check-ins from the owner to make sure things were going well. Great workmanship and people to deal with. Thanks!

I had a great experience working with Jay. He stopped by to check my garage on November 13th, explained the job to me in detail, and showed me the options of paint. I decided to hire his team on November 16th, and the job was done on November 19th. It was a lot quicker than I expected! Jay was very professional and addressed my questions promptly. The smoker detector was triggered accidentally while his team was working in my garage while I was away. I called Jay, and he immediately drove to my place and figured out a way to reset the alarm. I would highly recommend Jay and his team if you want to coat your garage.
