Told me the job would not exceed 200 and the total bill was $379, the fridge is worth 400, they scammed a couple of 85 year olds!

Our service call fee is $139.95, and the labor charge is an additional $50, which totals $189.95 just for our initial visit. In this case, we also ordered an ice maker, bringing the total to $360. We understand the concern over the cost, especially considering the value of the fridge. However, we did communicate these charges clearly with the customer's parents, breaking down each individual cost before proceeding with the work. We never provided a statement that the job would not exceed $200, and we strive to be transparent with our pricing.
