Introduction: Hi! My name is Victoria, I've been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2005, and I love fitness because I believe that when we feel strong in our bodies, we feel stronger in every aspect of our lives. I work with clients, of all ages and fitness levels, to lose weight, build strength, change their body composition, have more energy, feel more confident, improve their health, and often all of the above. Together we work on shifting mindset, making small, incremental, lifestyle changes that add up to big wins, and creating short- and long-term exercise plans that are manageable, fun and empowering. I offer both IN PERSON and REMOTE/ONLINE training, and ALL of my TRAINING SESSIONS are 40 MINUTES. I highly recommend Victoria, not only as a personal trainer but also as a health coach. She was able to help me build strength, increase my flexibily, and introduce me to yoga and the amazing benefits it creates for my body. Every workout we did together was different and exciting. She incorporates boxing, sprinting, and plyometrics. I am a physical therapist and looking for motivation- I got that and MORE from Victoria. Not to mention, her personality is amazing! She is very supportive and positive but she will also push you as hard as you want to be pushed! Love her!

Victoria makes fitness available for all. She walks you through every minute of the workout. She was able to gauge my fitness level and make the necessary modifications to really challenge me. Through her expertise, I was able to get a thorough analysis of my body.

Victoria makes excercising fun and efficient. I've been working with her two sessions a week and I'm already feeling more energetic and limber. I love how she combines cardio, weight training, yoga and Pilates routines into one tailored workout that is both accommodating of my goals and preferences and uniquely challenging at the same time. Her energy and enthusiasm always motivate me to push harder. Whether you are a novice to fitness or a long time enthusiast, she is the trainer for you.

Friendly, upbeat, workout very fun but challenging and innovative. Also very convient she brings her own equipment and you are able to workout in the comfort of your own home. What a steal for 50 bucks a hour.

    I offer training options for every budget, from just $19/week to $85/session.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I begin every new training relationship with a free consultation, this is a great opportunity for us to get to know each other, answer questions, address concerns, and figure out the best plan going forward.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2005, with additional training in Group Instruction, Pre-natal, Children's, and Hot Power Yoga, and Post-Natal Exercise. I established one of the first successful outdoor Boot Camp classes in Boston, was named one of Boston's Best Bodies by Stuff Magazine, and served as Fitness Director at a well-established women's gym in Norwell. Currently, I am studying to become a Certified Health Coach, as well.
