Scheduling the work went very well. Maintaining the premises was good with very little dust and the work was finished on time. We thought the price was high for one regular size bedroom with no furniture in it considering it was twice as much than we paid for doing the same work for two rooms upstairs with a prior contractor (who was not available to do the current room since I needed to do the work quicklly). Customer service was poor. The finished product was not as discussed and there was no communicating indicating that there was a problem. When addressed personally the hired flooring contractor became defensive. The finished product was begrudgingly completed and the full price was paid but the experience ended very poorly. Very unfortunate. I would say that in the future if he knows the product was not going to turn out as requested (the floor was to be done exactly as it was with the two upstairs rooms) then a call was needed to discuss the issue and come to an agreement. Also his people skills needs improvement. Instead of listening and coming up with suggestions and compromises that we could talk through, he immediately became defensive and argumentative which then created a bad attitude on my part and the situation went downhill from there.
