1. convert family room into dining room. Rework walls, floors and install floor. Everything went well. Manny and his crew were so diligent in keeping the area and rest of the house dust free and clean. Workmanship and quality was outstanding. 2. Install deck/porch off dining room at front of house and remove concrete patio. Work was professional, quality was outstanding and finished product is admired by everyone that see it. Wish we had done this earlier. Also installed new fiberglass entrance door. This was perfect. Manny and his crew really do a wonder full job. They are great to work with and be around and always, always do that little extra without hesitation. 3. next project: install deck/porch at front of house, install main door and install rear slider which became exterior french doors. Manny found sliding retractable screens to be used with the french doors. Everyone loves them and wants them. The workmanship and quality are incomparable to anything else. Another quality delivery. 4. Final project: paint exterior and install gutters and downspouts: Came in on time within budget. Manny found a hidden board that deteriorated and immediately brought it to my attention for repair, replacement. I highly recommend Manuel Labor. We are preparing to move to a new house and are reviewing our needs to include Manny.

My husband, Rick G said it perfectly. I would like to add in the new dining room / old family room Manny took what was an ugly drop ceiling and transformed it into a beautifully, hand sculptured textured ceiling. I was able to watch the transformation - amazing! The walls were of a textured wallpaper atop a mixture of plaster and sheet rock, which Manny skimmed to perfection for painting. I LOVE the French doors that lead out to the deck - the retractable screens an added bonus to an already perfectly renovated room! I plan to book Manny for several projects in the next home we're moving to in a few days. Manny's front porches / decks on our house made the Boston Globe Magazine in the Aug 2, 2015 edition! We call him for all projects, large and small - he offers reasonable pricing and we receive stellar workmanship - thanks again Manny.

I have been in the real estate business for over 20 years and have dealt with many contractors. I have had Manuel Labor do several jobs for me over the past few years. They show up on time, get the job done and do good work at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

Replace water damaged drywall and insulation. Paint and patch cracks in ceiling. Rebuild sill and replace exterior door.

I was very happy with the work. He went extra miles to make me happy. I would highly recommend him to friends and family. I hope I can get him some new customers. When job was finished yard was cleaned up.
