Introduction: I am a licensed Title 5 Inspector. I am also a licensed soil evaluator. I do Title 5 inspections in the eastern half of the state. I do the Title 5 inspections quickly and accurately. I do the report right away so you can get your signed report on the same day that I do the inspection. I like to help people by doing quality work quickly, efficiently and accurately.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate of $350 to do the Title 5 Inspection and that includes me doing the report and giving a copy to the client as well as a copy to the Town. If there is a Town fee, the client will incur that.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet the client onsite and conduct the inspection. They can stay and watch me or they sometimes leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my licenses up to date. I have to take refresher courses to keep my licenses current.
