It was a great experience working with Friendly Maids. It doesn't matter if you're looking to clean once every couple of months, painting part of the house or the whole house once a year, construction clean (the so-called ~big job), residential or commercial cleaning, BIG or small, the list goes on and on... Friendly Maids got you covered. It's the Best cleaning crew in town! You get more than what you pay for. Great, great Value! Not only is the work top-notch, but Customer Service is just as awesome! The people there care about your problem! Denesha is beyond Great; she's Superb! You should give them a shot by all means necessary. You won't be disappointed. Kudos to the team at Friendly Maids! Can’t attest to their cleaning because they Cancelled. Said they would reschedule for a free clean. Then had a reason why they would not do a free clean.

Friendly Maids Cleaning Services thrive to offer reasonable and affordable prices for cleaning projects of any house size. Our unbeatable hourly rates, multiplied by the hours spent, plus the cost of supplies and the flat rate, set us apart from other local pros.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer has hired us, we establish and design a strategic plan for managing and finishing the project. We communicate to the customer the supplies needed and the projected timeline for completing the work. The customer will have constant communication regarding project progress and any potential delays. Upon finishing the project, the customer must conduct a thorough property walkthrough to ensure everything is in line as agreed.
