- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our minimum fee is $1,000 for the full band, slight discount available for a trio.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically the customer will email me to start the conversation. Then we'll schedule a quick call to go over specifics. From there I will issue a contract and take a 50% deposit to hold the date. Any questions and follow-up calls are welcome once the date is confirmed. The balance is due on the day of the performance before the performance starts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
David has a BA in music. He has also played at hundreds of weddings and even more parties and events. Lonnie majored in music in college for three years before getting her degree in foreign languages. Richard has studied with Karl Berger of the Creative Music Studio in Woodstock New York and, for several semesters, with trombonist Steve Davis at the Jackie McLean Institute at the Hartt School of Music. Dylan is a graduate of and Ellen a student in the jazz program at the University of Massachusetts.
