- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a Mass Save partner, we offer 75-100% off of insulation and up to $10,000 off of heat pump projects. Your home energy advisor will walk you through energy improvements you qualify for following your no-cost home energy assessment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free energy assessment, which you can book virtually or in person. After confirming your eligibility, we create a digital twin of your home to identify energy inefficiencies. From there, we recommend and coordinate the best weatherization upgrades tailored to your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our founder, Piers MacNaughton, PhD in Public Health, has over a decade of experience researching and delivering healthy home solutions. Under his leadership, SeeAir combines academic expertise with real-world practice to provide fully subsidized, data-driven energy assessments.
