- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The base fee for a individual tax return is $50. For additional dependents, small business or rental income, the fee might increase. However, I confirm the price prior to any work being performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I perform an initial interview where I get to know the my clients and their business, and they get to know me. We exchange contact information and can discuss any pressing matters or time sensitive issues that need to be resolved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in accounting. I have also worked at two major tax franchises and two CPA firms. In total I have 7 years experience preparing personal, business and not-for-profit tax returns. I also have 7 years experience in managing payroll and payroll tax filings.
