- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is fairly straightforward. We don't charge by the hour, we charge by the task. That way if something unexpected comes along and it takes longer, you don't pay extra.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always reading industry blogs and networking with other technicians on best practices and new technologies. We also use CompTIA for certifications and testing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have enjoyed computers and technology my whole life, it seemed like a natural progression to fix them for a living.
