- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My diagnostic fee is a 2 hour minimum for $250. This includes my travel to the job as well as 2 hours of onsite labor. Each additional hour is charged at $110. Labor prices do not include material costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to be as flexible and understanding as I can. I pride myself on my availability and quality of the work I perform.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 4 years of electrical School knowledge as well as 5 years of on-site experience. I have also passed the Massachusetts licensing exam for electricians.
