- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we contact a potential client through whichever way works best for them. Here we discuss what kind of job the customer wants done and try to schedule a date for a site visit to take a look at where the work is needed, soon followed by a quote usually within that week.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with many different customers for both residential and commercial projects. Of those commercial customers were repair and remodeling projects for Dunkin Donuts, Honey Dew Donuts, and Burger King in areas like Massachusetts, New York state and Maine.
