It was like divine intervention when Jenn came into our lives. My family was contemplating the surrender of our new 7 month old puppy because the dog sitter we had in place left us with no notice. We were desperate and couldn't bear the thought of having to crate our dog all day long with no breaks.
Then we found Jenn. We sent her a message via Thumbtack and she responded right away. We were in a bind and needed to interview her in person right away to make sure she'd be a good fit for our puppy Annie. She came to our home that very same day and it was puppy love at first sight and we haven't looked back since.
I can go to work without the worry that the Annie is stuck in the crate all day. Jenn comes and takes her for a long walk and tires her out so that she naps until we get home from work. It's an ideal situation. Without Jenn, we wouldn't still have Annie.
Jenn is responsive, conscientious, knowledgeable and most importantly patient. She puts up with my silly requests to send me pictures of my happy puppy on their walks - and she does it like clockwork everyday! The peace of mind we have now that Jenn is taking care of Annie, is priceless. I'd give her a million star rating if this rating system would allow it...

Jen is great with my two dogs Paisley, a toy poodle, and Baylor, my lab/hound mix. She just started a few weeks ago and it is great to know we have a reliable, trusting person to come let our pups out while my husband and I are at work. Super reasonable pricing too compared to dropping our dogs off at daycare. It is so nice that Jen can come to our home rather than us having to worry about dropping our dogs off at daycare and having to pick them up in time. I highly recommend Jen!

Our experience with Boyd Pet Services was beyond exceptional. We highly recommend Jenn's pet sitting services to anyone that truly loves their animals. She took care of my fur babies like I would and kept in touch daily because I am a complete wimp on leaving them. Being away for 11 days is a long time for us but knowing Jenn was visiting and taking care of them truly allowed us to have a great vacation. We will most definitely use her again and again. Now I'm looking forward to planning weekend excursions with the hubby. Something I have never done before. Finding Jenn on Thumbtack was the best thing EVER!!
