These guys are very professional and did a great job. Lucas texted me every evening to let me know the plan for the next day. They were always on time, did high quality work and left the work site tidy every day. I will definitively hire them again to do the floor.

Lucas and his team were amazing. It started out as a couple of projects, and I kept expanding as I saw the quality of his work and the breadth of his team’s capabilities. It was incredibly convenient to have him a sole contractor coordinating the work. I already have asked for quotes for three more projects!

My wife was extremely happy with the final outcome. However, she did not have to deal with the day to day. On more than one occasion Lucas said he would be there at a certain time and wasn't. He also said he would call with the time he would be there the next day and didn't. Each time I would have to call or text him. He doesn't answer his phone and very slow to respond to text. I had to point out several flaws in his work that were obvious to me and should have been so to him. When he started the work I asked him to cover the entire,NEW, countertop. His response was that he was going to work on the cardboard that came with the tile packaging. He did do that but it left most of the counter exposed. My fault for not insisting. After he left, the final day, I spent 5 hours scraping and cleaning the countertop to get it back to where it was before he arrived. His price was by far the best but obviously that means you are going to have to do most of the cleanup to complete the job. Overall I was happy with the job he did and I would use him again if his price was the lowest.

I understand your opinion of me and I respect that!! But I would just like to remind you that I was very real to you and told you that my schedule was a little messy because MY WIFE HAS JUST HAD A C-section SURGERY AND THAT WE HAVE AN 8 DAYS BABY, the day I told you this proved to be well understood !! ABOUT CLEANING I'll remind you that I was cleaning the countertop with a wet sponge and you sent me away because you needed to leave, and you told me YOU WOULD DO THE CLEANING YOURSELF!! But I thank you for the opportunity to have this experience with you, thank you very much!!
