Steve ripped out wall to wall and subfloor in a bedroom. Installed finished oak flooring to match rest of house. His communication, timeliness, work ethic and efficiency were excellent. He left the place very clean. I would highly recommend him and will hire him again for refinishing our flooring.

He was always on time, worked neat, and finished quickly. I would highly recommend him. The floors came out beautiful!! Hopefully he will do my daughters floors.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basically Installs (labor only) run from $2:00-$3.00+ per sq. foot depending on Material, Trim/cabinets/radiators installed etc. Sands/re-sands $2.00-$3.50+ depending on material, stain etc. Some woods and stains are far more labor intensive and will cost more, some far more.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to customer, decide what they want/need, give options as best as possible and proceed if hired..simple..
How did you get started doing this type of work?
in 1989 My brother talked me into getting out of framing and becoming his partner in a flooring company. The partnership went very far south but i loved doing floors!
