- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The client must know why they are paying the rate assigned to them. They must know what the price covers. If it is a deep cleaning, it is a little more expensive and it is explained to them that it covers deep cleaning and if it is a regular cleaning, they must also know what it is. less expensive than deep cleaning
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with a new client is to meet the client's needs and give them the security that with me they will have respect for them and a responsibility to commit to doing an excellent cleaning in their homes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for many years cleaning in other companies and I like what I do. I love my job. For me it is very exciting to know that there is someone who needs my cleaning service. MM Cleaning Services is my seal of continuing to help each family. who need my service
