This was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Viviane is extremely responsive and communicates fantastically. Her team of installers were always punctual, efficient and polite. The tile replacement was done very well. R&V took the responsibility of getting all the required materials including identifying and buying the same tiles those needed replacement. The work was taken up and completed immediately.
