- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer reasonable pricing, and always discount jobs that are bundled together with other ones, that are performed at the same time as another.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to speak with a new customer to get to know what they are looking for most, and be able to answer any questions they have, that help them determine if we are a good fit for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner has worked in this field for almost 30 years, for several reputable companies. He started his customer list with a few people he knew that were interested in him doing some work for them. They were happy with it, and passed his info on to more people, and in turn, he ended up with a full list of regular customers. He trained his crew to do the high quality work that he insists on himself. Triple J has also gotten a number of accounts, from an older, established company in the area, whose owner is retiring, and wanted us to take them over. That company was the one this owner started his career working for. Since the first years in this business, he has enjoyed doing the work he does, and his goal is to give his customers the quality they deserve, for the most efficient cost.
