My wife and I worked with Audra through the summer of 2019 to both sell the home we were living in and purchase the home we moved into. Audra was invaluable throughout the experience, providing experience, advice, and direction while also taking note of and incorporating our needs and wants. Audra was exceptionally responsive, both to us and to other involved parties (buyers/sellers/lawyers/etc). The only times that it took her more than 15 minutes to respond were either late at night or when she was with another client. On the selling side, Audra provided us with staging advice, a professionally photographed and put together listing on every major house hunting website, and someone to show the house to prospective buyers in our stead. With her help, we received multiple offers for the home we were selling within the first few days, and we had an offer accepted within the first week. Then, as issues began to crop up with our buyer Audra continued to provide support throughout the entire process, navigating one of the more difficult real estate negotiations I can imagine with poise and exceptional attention to detail. On the buying side, Audra went on walkthroughs with us taking notes of what we liked and didn't like while offering insight and advice about features we hadn't even considered. Audra then took those notes and started sending us listings which she felt most closely matched what we were looking for. Then, once we had found a place, she helped us navigate the offer and purchase process. In addition to Audra's own incredible qualities, she surrounds herself with consummate professionals who she is able to bring in to facilitate the process. From photographers to real estate lawyers to mortgage specialists, she will have someone on tap to handle whichever aspect of the process needs handling. TL;DR: Audra is exceptional, and I cannot recommend her enough. Definitely someone worth working with to either sell your current home and/or purchase a new one!

I would love to list your house! At our listing appointment, I will talk to you about the services I offer and YOU get to choose which service package works best for your situation. As a buyer's agent, my services are FREE. The listing broker pays my broker for brining a well qualified buyer. I am here to represent you through the home buying process.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Booking an initial consultation offers a chance for me to go over the home buying or selling process. There are so many pieces to the moving process. I am happy to be your guide.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold Real Estate Salesperson licenses in two states, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I have the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation and the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation.
