FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Writing Projects: The price is determined by the job, and it will typically be lower than most. That's because client satisfaction means more than cash. Once you see and feel the quality, you'll be quite happy. However, if you're not satisfied, you will get 100% of your money back. If you're not happy, having your money wouldn't feel right. For Tutoring/Coaching: The price will typically be based on an hourly rate. But if you just need help on one specific paper or task, the price will be determined by the job, and the above 100% satisfaction policy will apply. If you decide to schedule several sessions and pay for them ahead of time, there will be a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask some questions in order to ascertain your needs, then I respond with a reiteration that helps us make sure we're on the same page. Throughout the process, if I am unsure at all as to whether or not you're going to be satisfied with the end product, I reach out to confirm our direction. However, my clients and I are usually able to gel the first time around.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree from Northeastern University in Boston, I'm a professionally published author, and I have over 14 years of experience teaching writing and literature.
