A few years ago, I was going through an overdue divorce of a twenty year marriage. Being a "foodie", I would often find refuge in markets, particularly Whole Foods...this is when I met Hema. She was offering free chair Reiki in one of the bath & body aisles I was wandering down. I was intrigued and hoped that she would have time for one more (me!) before the store closed. Thank goodness, she did! She greeted me with a big welcoming smile, even though I knew she must have been tired. She knew I needed help and help me. She did! After that night, I scheduled regular Reiki treatments with Hema. Having really no knowledge of Reiki before I met Hema, I can honestly say that it works! Hema is very patient and spent a lot of extra time explaining feelings my body was going through. She is quite amazing and I'm honored to know her.

Hema is a truly gifted practitioner with an keen ability to sense energy and direct reiki energy where it is needed. She is a genuinely kind soul dedicated to aiding clients on their life journeys. As a reiki instructor, she is patient and thorough displaying her high level of commitment to providing education in the modality of reiki. I am blessed to have met her and have extreme gratitude for her help along my journey of healing and reiki study. Her abilities have distinguished her among other practitioners I have seen, and she has played a significant and much appreciated role in my healing. I had never had Reiki, and she came recommended by a friend. I didn't know what to expect, but found the experience to be a very wonderful one, very peaceful and left w a very calm, peaceful feeling. I felt more "balanced" so to speak. Hema is delightful, a very old soul, and spends time with you to share and ask about your experience during the session. There were things that surfaced during my time with her that were unexpected and gave me a new perspective on my life experience/s. I am very grateful to her for those experiences. I would highly recommend her if you are seeking a Reiki professional and experience. And I would definitely go to her again. Good luck!! :)

I have been seeing hema for about a little more then a year. And reiki it actually depends if you want half hour or an hour service i was impressed how hemas service helped me with everyday stress and anxiety of work and home. Hema goes above and beyond to be of help. I can call her ladt minute and she will arrange for me to be seen same day. Hema is bery punctual with timing. Her work is "excellent" i was impressed the forst day. And ever since. I keep going back. Because reiki is natural healing. Thank you hema

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Provide the required information in clear and simple way. Listen to why there are here and what they are expecting out of the session. Answer any questions a new client might have & recommend session/learning course options.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Of course, i study with the internationally accredited Japanese institute and repeat the courses, and will be training to teach 2nd level. Although in USUI lineage i am a certified master teacher, i stopped teaching that to keep it simple & less confusing for my students. Also iam trained in Ayurvedic Kansavatki Champissage & Anti-Aging modalities as well. As a part of my learning i continuously volunteer at WHOLE FOODS MARKET, Bellingham, Dean College Franklin, MA
