Introduction: Starfield Productions of New England is a company that focuses on cinematographic and photographic projects and strives for the highest standards of creativity and creation. Our focus centers around the people we work with, and we live by our motto: to make a star in any field. Matthew C. Seifert created the company in 2012. The original goal was to assist and produce skill videos for college-bound athletes. While Matthew still continues to help college-bound athletes, this outlet has allowed him to expand his technical and creative skills into new areas. Mathew has created a number of personal films, which range from fiction to documentaries. After a summer traveling with the Central Mass Thunder softball tournament team, Matthew was able to put together a 45-minute documentary detailing what it means to be a team. Recently he has created a short fiction film about a romance between an iPhone and a MacBook Pro. The use of a high-quality DSLR has also allowed Matthew to expand into the field of photography. He has experience with portraits, landscape and street photography. However, it is sports action photography that is Matthew's real passion in photography. He has followed both Wheaton College and Salve Regina University, capturing sheer athleticism and emotional intensity. Matthew's future plans are to attend a graduate program and gain his MFA in film production. He hopes to stay in the New England area and continue to produce cinematic and photographic productions.
