- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge $75/session for a one off booking. If you book multiple sessions per week or commit to a monthly or longer term commitment, then the price will drop.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My initial consultation is free. We use that to say hi, make sure we are a good fit and assess your level of fitness as well as your needs. If we decide all is a good fit, from there we move on to creating a detailed fitness and nutrition plan to help you reach your goals, and a realistic time frame.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm am an NCSF Certified Personal Trainer (NCSF-CPT), certified in Adult/Child/Infant CPR & AED (AHA-CPR/AED) and will soon also be an NCSF Certified Sports Nutrition Specialist.
