Introduction: All aspects of your life are forms of nutrition. Food, family, personal time, exercise, and relationships are all examples of what makes you a whole fulfilled person. While learning which foods best suit your body and lifestyle is paramount to your health, balancing all of these other aspects of your life are just as important, and often sit on the back burner. My role is to be your advocate and teach you how to find that personalized balance.
My scope of practice ranges from working with clients that are already on their way, but need a fresh perspective and new ideas if they're feeling stuck, to working with clients that need a complete overhaul. I believe that teaching my clients how to find what is realistic and approachable to their life, and holding them accountable yields lasting changes in their habits. It's easy to get lists of "healthy" vs. "unhealthy" foods. Learning what is going to help you lose weight, balance your blood sugar, increase your metabolism and energy, cook for your family, and find a real fulfillment in your life will improve your life in ways you didn't think possible.
