Josh is an excellent, engaging piano teacher. My 6 year old really enjoyed her lessons and was able to grasp the lessons quickly. Other staff we delt with have also been nice to work with. My only issue with DeAngelis Studio of Music is that the building is not handicapped accessible, piano lessons are on the third floor,, which made it difficult for me. Josh even offered to come down the stairs to get my daughter and bring her back down, which was very nice, but at her age, she wanted me present, and the stairs were a challenge.

DeAngelis School of Music is an excellent school for students of all ages and all skill levels. The instructors are well trained professionals who give fun energetic lessons in all styles of music. In addition to being music instructors many of them have been or still are part time recording studio and live playing musicians. Most of them are rather accomplished song writers as well. Oh and, Bands, Bands, Bands! This school knows how to create a team work learning environment for its students. It inspires them to practice more and helps them improve those much needed social skills. In my younger years I looked everywhere around my home town for a school that offered as many performance opportunities as DeAngelis School of Music does, and I have never found a music school that matches this high quality of instruction with the types of performance opportunities they offer. I can't say enough good things about Mike and the DeAngelis school of music and arts. My son is so happy with his guitar lessons and his band. He's not an easy kid to keep interested in anything and Mike and his teachers have the patience to keep him focused and engaged. My son and I could not be happier. His playing is coming along nicely and his band flat out rocks! Thanks DeAngelis school.

Extremely pleased with instruction from IAN - I am rapidly learning new piano skills and theory from an enjoyable musical perspective, rather than just mechanics. Love that. Now I truly wanted to the whole experience five stars (and IAN is definitely five stars by himself) but had to notch it down because the piano in the studio is in dire need of tuning so I couldn't honestly say 5 stars across the board.

Well. Being in a band that is part of the DeAngelis Rock School, I have to say from a first hand experience, that this is the best way to start off in the music industry. I love the program and Mike isn't so bad himself! Hahaha!
