- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts me, I like to have as many details for the session as possible. Will there be multiple subjects, do you have a location in mind, would you like a backdrop used, how many photos are you expecting etc. Once I am hired, I require a 50% deposit to lock in the agreed upon date for the session. This blocks the date and time in my booking schedule for you. Remainder of the session fee is due on the day of the session. Once the session is completed, within 2-3 days you will get to choose from all of the photos taken. Once the selection has been made, depending on how many photos that were taken, the final retouched photos will be delivered via a download link within 5-7 days. Optionally, I can deliver photos on a USB flash drive.
