- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Small Family business. Customer satisfaction is paramount! If customer has a budget then we will do whatever we can to help the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction and initial greeting. Inspection of immediate pest issue at hand. We let customer first explain what they are experiencing and from there we can investigate, offer and aid in the resolution of their personal pest issue. Once the customer feels comfortable and ready to hire, we will go above and beyond to resolve any problems. From there we apply 130 years of combined pest control experience from a business open since 1925.
