Introduction: I have had complete training in canine anatomy and physiology, behavior, handling and management, first aid/CPR, massage techniques, and ethics, among others in my education in becoming a Small Animal Massage Therapist. Emily has been taking care of our "baby" Belle for the past few years. There is nothing better than going on vacation and feeling so comfortable that our home and our pets are well taken care of. She takes such good care of Belle, and I think Belle is sad when its us coming through the door and not Emily. She spoils them and the house is as clean as I left it. I highly recommend Emily to everyone and anyone that loves their pets and doesn't want to put them in a kennel while you vacation!

Leaving my boy Jake in a kennel is not an option. Thou some kennels may be outstanding, I just can't imagine leaving him in an unknown place while I'm on vacation. Yet I have left him at home with Emily. Emily is a very loving and extremely capable. I know she is taking care of Jake, the same way that I do. Its the best of both worlds. I am also comforted by the fact that my home is not empty. I have total confidence that my home is safe, and my best buddy is being well cared for. I highly recommend her.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In general, a 30 minute visit is $15. Overnight sitting is $45-$60 for one night. Additional fees may apply (distance, number of animals, services). I am willing to work with the client on pricing.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a Certified Canine Massage Therapist and I began sitting for the animals that I massaged. I found that I loved it so much that I added pet sitting to my business. I am now an Insured member of Pet Sitters Associates, LLC.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My most common work is dog walking, cat sitting, and vacation pet care. Your pet is a member of your family and when you go away you should have peace of mind that they are comfortable and in good hands.
