Dee has been teaching and motivating people at the local gym that I have been going to for over 11 years. She has a way about her that pushes people to get the most out his or her workout. As an instructor she reminds us that we are in control of the intensity of our routine and "not to cheat ourselves". Dee has the ability to take a diverse group of individuals and get them all to reach their true potential. I have seen how she is able to inspire a group and the individual to improve while including everyone in a group setting. There have also been times that she has helped get someone through something that they are having difficulty with by individually tailoring a particular workout as she coordinates the rest of her class. If you are looking for encouragement and motivation then Dee is the right prescription. Anthony C.

Toward the 2nd half of 2014, Dee Cady coached me through a career change. I had been contemplating making a career change and with her support, encouragement, and assistance with planning, I was able to find a position in South Florida, have the confidence to go through the interview process and land the job as well as move from New England to the Miami area. Her guidance assisted me during a challenging timeshe helped me to keep on track with my nutrition and fitness goals even while making the big move South. Dee Cady provides continual support in a genuine, non-judgmental way. The multi-faceted approach, combining career coaching along with expertise in fitness and nutrition, was well worth the investment. I credit her ability to inspire me with confidence for my success during the transition. Today, Im pleased to report that the new job is going very well, and I continue to apply the skills I learned working with Dee Cady. She helped me the strengths that I already had within. I've known Dee for years, and the best thing I can say about her is she is completely committed to what she does. If you choose her as a coach, she will be there every step of the way helping you to achieve your goals. She is positive, has great energy and is knowledgable about fitness and nutrition and life in general. She has transformed her own life amongst many personal obstacles and knows what it takes to reach the stars. She can also give you many nutritional tips that allow you to eat healthy, and love what you eat! Yummy!! Fun is not out of the process, but part of it. You won't even realize that you were working hard while having fun!

When I met Dee, I was going through some changes in my life, one being a weight body change that I was not used to. She helped me by educating me on nutrition, what to stay away from, gave me new ideas on fitness, which I have found a lifelong love in the fitness industry and got my personal training certificate and group exercise certificate. Dee continues to coach me on my next goal to own my own gym. I cannot say enough about what an awesome person she is, let alone a great coach.

My pricing system is simple. Full Payment before first session - OR - 1/2 Payment before first session, and second half payment before 6th session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, Health and Nutrition in particular.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been teaching fitness classes at several gyms for years. I found myself counseling and offering personal "sessions". At first it was, "Can you help me drop those last 10lbs?", or "Can you provide me with some ways to train more efficiently?", to "I'm sick of my career and but I'm afraid that since I really need the money, I won't find something that pays as well, what should I do?", and "I haven't been happy at home for years, what should I do?". I discovered that I was able to assist my friends with all of these types of issues. That lead me to enrolling in the Health Coach Certification Program, and here I am!
