I just went to see him yesterday for the first time. I did not rate the work quality or the punctuality as he has not actually done any work for me yet. (I am waiting on supply shipment).

I had a terrific experience with Applied Light. They were very prompt with all replies and finished my product at a rapid speed. They really were a lifesaver. I bought a stethoscope as a gift for a friend and needed them to do some engraving to personalize the gift. The engraving came out perfect and the whole process was explained to me step by step very clearly. From start to finish the project took about a half hour I'd say.
