- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First procedure is to get all the basic info, name, address , phone #, and project. Based off of the customers description i can give a ball park estimate or schedule walk through where i can make a better analysis of the price. If my job estimate is in your budget and you want to hire me, the next step is to schedule and start work. Payment is due after the completion of work, and larger projects 1/3 of the cost down upfront, 1/3 at completion of rough, and 1/3 at completion of finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Massachusetts class B journeyman electricians license and insured through Northeast Insurance Agency. I attendeded Gould construction institute and Leo Martin electrical school for my National electrical code hour credentials. I have over 5 years field experience in the electrical industry and 15 years in general construction.
