Words cannot express how grateful we are to have had Islands Catering cater our wedding. From our initial meeting to the day of our wedding, Beverly and Joe were a pleasure to work with.
They were hands on, enthusiastic and patient throughout the entire process. We could not have been in better hands.
On the day of our wedding, the staff was professional, attentive and friendly. They paid special attention to detail from start to finish.
Islands Catering's food is delicious. I loved that their island fusion menu worked seamlessly with our traditional wedding. Several guests commented on how great the food was; one even asking for the risotto ball recipe claiming they were the best she had ever had! The snack burgers at the end of the night were a huge hit with our guests. The bartenders were incredible and effortlessly kept up with the demands of our thirsty guests.
Beverly, Joe and their staff executed a wonderful stress free day for us. We couldnt be happier thank you for everything!
