- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices vary from service to service but I strive to keep a fair price for both you, the customer, and for All Green Pest Control.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since every case is different, I like to conduct a thorough inspection to determine your needs. Once I am aware of the full range of the problem, I offer my solutions to your particular issue. I use a no pressure approach where I tell you the results of my inspection, my solution for any issues that I find and a price for that solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 6 years of field experience along with multiple training sessions that are a requirement of the license. I have resources available if I ever run into a situation that I do not have an answer for and I strive to use my knowledge to better serve all of my accounts.
