- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not your average company. We go above and beyond safety protocol by following manufacturers start up guidelines. We use a checklist on every job to provide the same safe, reliable, efficient, operation of each and every one of our clients systems. *Our $99 introductory fee includes the first half hour of diagnostic time. The cost will go up depending on depending on the type of problem you're having.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather clients information. We then ask them a few questions before beginning their service in order to best serve them. We give clients upfront repair pricing before undertaking any work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have oil burner licenses, refrigeration licenses, and gas certifications. We continually take manufacturers training classes as well.
