Talk about a life saver! Greg and his team were amazing and so helpful to my family! They went above and beyond to help us place and stage our furniture in the correct rooms in our new home after a previous vendor had left the furniture all piled in the garage and we were frantic since there were 3 floors in the new home that furniture needed to be in. The team was fast moving, efficient and strategic and pleasant. They were responsive and came as soon as possible and even agreed to return if any extra work was still needed. We will absolutely use Loyal Movers for all of our moving services from here on out!

Greg and his co-worker called to confirm the appointment and they showed up on time. They moved 4 large pieces of furniture from one floor to another. They had all the tools, blankets, and equipment to do the job quickly and withcare. I highly recommend them!

We needed help moving a large (350 pounds+) boxed treadmill from the ground floor to our basement. (Boflex will install/set up equipment but is unwilling to provide support with moving their boxes) Our whole experience with Greg and his crew was great! As soon as I reached out through Thumbtack, they got back to me within an hour and were able to schedule a time with us for the next afternoon. He was up front that they had a two hour minimum for all jobs, which was fine with us. They gave me a heads up when they were an hour away and arrived at the expected time. They carefully moved the box down the stairs using blankets and unloaded unloaded everything for us/set up the base of the treadmill for us on our mat so we can easily have it installed. They also moved all of the box and packing materials out to the road for us so our recycling guys can pick it up. The Loyal Movers team were friendly, responsive, and considerate throughout the process, and I plan to use them again in the future if we have other moving needs.
