Introduction: We offer practical, affordable, local computer training in a small computer training center ( 4 - 6 students per workshop maximum). We also offer follow-up Open Project Time for $10/hour/student and one-on-one training ($25/hour on-site or $50/hour in your home). The instructors at KaiZen enjoy using computers and sharing their knowledge and skills with our students in order to help them gain confidence and ability with one of the most useful tools in their home - their computer!

The instructors are very knowledgeable, patient and pleasant to work with. They want you to learn and understand what you are doing. I have been most pleased with the classes I have taken and the one-one-one instruction I have received.

Our company brought everyone in for the Practical Spreadsheet class. It was great experience. Everyone had positive things to say about it. We are all heavy Excel users, so it was helpful to learn new shortcuts and review how to use functions we never knew. I think we all get into a rut of doing things the same way for years, and this was a great chance to see what else is available. Im sure we will all be sharing colorful, easy-to-read summary charts in the near future! Thanks for excellent training.

KaiZen workshops are priced reasonably as follows: Beginner workshops: $35 More advanced workshops: $40 (Seniors 65+ are $5 off) Open Project Time: $6 / half our or $10 / hour One-on-one lessons on-site: $25 / hour One-on-one lessons at your place: $50 / hour
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
KaiZen instructors continuously research, review, and train on the latest versions of the applications we teach. We regularly review the content of our workshops to ensure they are meeting the needs of our students and the current versions of the technology.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
KaiZen instructors have been in the Technology for years and have found that the most rewarding part of their job is working with others to instruct them on how to use the Technology tools available to them. We have found that there are not a lot of options for computer training south of Boston and decided we would like to be the providers of practical, affordable, local computer training for the every-day computer user.
