- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is is tailored to the size and type of property. We generally do a percentage of gross receipts for apartments and a set fee per individual condominium times the number of units in the property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to do a informative telephone call to go over the property owner's needs and expectations. We then do a site visit to get a feel for the existing property conditions. Once these two items are completed, we meet with the owner or Board of Trustees to discuss a contract and what services are needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Certificate in Real Estate Studies from Boston University. I also have earned the Certified Property Manager Designation from the Institute of Property Management.
