Kendra has been absolutely perfect through my whole fitness journey. I was always a gym person but she helped me feel so much more confident and comfortable in my body again. I was a college athlete and didn’t know how to workout post college. The pictures SHOW she did it right for me. Within 3 weeks my body was already shaping and I then got obsessed with the meal plan and workout plan. The meal prepping was hard at first but you start to find ways of making your old lifestyle and old habits into a fun, new, and creative way. She helped me get over my mental block of running sprints like I was training for soccer season was how I was supposed to lose weight. In reality I was just gaining weight, and it put me in a horrible cycle. She taught me new habits and I HIGHLY recommend her if you just need a push. She’s responsive and quick to answer and helpful when you are in a scramble with food or workouts. I’m so happy she finally got me to train with her!! These pictures are week 1 and week 8. That was just the front of me! My whole body has changed and I’m down 13lbs
