Jennifer at Zuroms Cleaning took the time to meet with me at the apartment to view the job site after providing her quote and having a very helpful discussion about the services provided. She is very understanding about the challenges of working at an apartment of a person with developmental challenges (limited housekeeping skills due to severe anxiety/depression). She arrived promptly, had the supplies as requested (no highly fragranced cleaning products), and did a thorough, high quality cleaning job. For Property management it depends on the clients needs as to how much property and their budget, I am willing to work with our clients to get them the best service for the best price. Our cleaning services have a standard rate of 30.00 per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come to your property and work with the clients on their needs, give a free professional and competitive quote that fits their budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this profession for 30 years, I hold a Contractors Supervisors License, and work in Facilities Management Full Time.
