Stanley Staco says, "I contacted Addario's Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical Services on a Sunday evening through social media after a newly installed indirect water heater left us without hot water. I was impressed by how responsive they were and was able to schedule a Monday morning appointment. The technicians arrived within the promised time window.Unfortunately, the first technician crew sent were overwhelmed by the issue. After taking photos he repeatedly presented authorization forms and charges before even explaining the problem or proposed solution if any would even be viable. Despite being informed that an electrician had already verified the wiring, he kept suggesting and pushing that the issue is electrical and he clearly uncertain about the next steps.To Addario's credit, once the situation was escalated, a supervisor quickly recognized that a different skill set was needed and reassigned the job to another team. The replacement technicians were outstandingprofessional, knowledgeable, transparent, and thorough. They quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained the repairs and costs, and worked diligently for several hours to restore our hot water. They also took the time to explain follow-up recommendations to prevent future problems.The final cost was close to $900, which is significant, but given the emergency nature of being without hot water, I needed the issue resolved quickly. In the end, the second team earned this review and turned what was becoming a frustrating experience into a positive outcome."See more

They were actually the only company that returned my phone call and showed up on time to provide a proposal. We weren't sure of the best way to install a mini split system for our home, but Eli took the time to explain all of our options and gave excellent recommendations on the ideal heat pump location, the best placement for the indoor units to maximize airflow, and the proper system size for our home's layout. His team installed a 36,000 BTU mini split system with three indoor units serving our kitchen, living room, and bedroom. The installation was clean, professional, and completed with great attention to detail. While they were here, they also upgraded our electrical service to 200 amps, and we'll be having them install an EV charger before we purchase our electric vehicle in September. My family and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and the level of professionalism we received. Issues and resolution options were clearly explained. He completed the fix on the same day and made sure the HVAC was running properly before leaving. He also explained future options since the HVAC system is fairly old. Will hire him again for future work.

Andres took on a project that others thought was impossible—removing my outdated AC unit that had been built into my home since the 1970s and replacing it with a modern system.
