We also needed a new system put into our master bedroom and vented down into our 2nd floor bathroom as well. Randy was very knowledgeable and went through different options to meet our needs. We decided on the units and scheduled installation. The team would contact us each day to let us know they were enroute and when they arrived. Very professional!. Randy, Viktor and Jeffrey could not have been more pleasant. The units were installed and everything runs perfectly. Stanley Staco says, "I contacted Addario's Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical Services on a Sunday evening through social media after a newly installed indirect water heater left us without hot water. I was impressed by how responsive they were and was able to schedule a Monday morning appointment. The technicians arrived within the promised time window.Unfortunately, the first technician crew sent were overwhelmed by the issue. After taking photos he repeatedly presented authorization forms and charges before even explaining the problem or proposed solution if any would even be viable. Despite being informed that an electrician had already verified the wiring, he kept suggesting and pushing that the issue is electrical and he clearly uncertain about the next steps.To Addario's credit, once the situation was escalated, a supervisor quickly recognized that a different skill set was needed and reassigned the job to another team. The replacement technicians were outstandingprofessional, knowledgeable, transparent, and thorough. They quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained the repairs and costs, and worked diligently for several hours to restore our hot water. They also took the time to explain follow-up recommendations to prevent future problems.The final cost was close to $900, which is significant, but given the emergency nature of being without hot water, I needed the issue resolved quickly. In the end, the second team earned this review and turned what was becoming a frustrating experience into a positive outcome."See more

We had a ventless dryer in the middle of the basement and wanted to install a vented dryer, including a vent to the outside. Bryan provided us with several different options and was very upfront and clear with the potential challenges, roadblocks, and costs. When we finally engaged Bryan (6 months after he originally came to the house), his work was top-notch. He meticulously completed the massive project in less than a day before he went away on vacation. His attention to detail and tidiness are also worth noting. Cannot recommend Bryan enough!"See more

Replacement AC works great. Absolutely no cleanup left behind. Friendly crew--I'm clueless about HVAC and they took the time to explain and answer Qs. Went a step further to suggest some efficiency improvements that were low hanging fruit. Very easy to recommend. I had checked out estimates from other teams beforehand and everything seemed stressful until Charlotte Mechanical came around. Price was right too. Thanks again!
