If you’re looking for a licensed and insured professional to inspect your wall-mounted AC unit in a hurry, I highly recommend Andres! My HOA claimed that my AC unit was causing a leak, and I had just 15 days to find a technician for diagnosis and repairs. After trying several other providers—who either didn’t work with wall-mounted units or were unreliable—I reached out to Andres late in the evening, around 9 PM. To my surprise, he responded within 10 minutes and was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. The next morning, he provided a clear ETA and kept me updated along the way. Once on-site, he thoroughly inspected the unit and, with great attention to detail, confirmed that there were no leaks coming from the AC. Andres promised to show up between 7-9pm on a Sunday and he did show up at 8:50pm. It took him very little time to figure out the problem, and the fix took less than a half hour. He offered a one month warranty on his repair, and we had a wonderful night's sleep. He was efficient and courteous.
