Luis came over a day later than he said he would but I was happy to have him follow through on coming over. He fix the issue with a poorly installed thermostat within 20 min and was good about double and triple checking to make sure everything was working correctly before he left. He gave me a discounted rate of $150 for doing the job so quickly. I really appreciated him working with me on that.
