I can’t say enough good things about this company. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and delivered outstanding quality work at a very fair price.

What really stood out was their commitment to customer service. When I needed help, they were incredibly responsive and even came out after hours to make sure everything was taken care of. That level of dedication is hard to find.

Luis was especially excellent. He took the time to thoroughly explain how my HVAC system works, walked me through the different readings and measurements, and made sure I understood exactly what he was seeing and why it mattered. Rather than just fixing the issue and leaving, he educated me about the system so I could better understand and maintain it going forward.

The workmanship was top-notch, the communication was excellent, and the value for the money was outstanding. If you’re looking for an HVAC company that truly cares about its customers and stands behind its work, I highly recommend them.

I had a furnace issue at 11pm. My furnace is old and Luis was well experienced and very detailed. Luis contacted me back in 5 minutes and was at my house within 20 minutes. Luis was the diagnostic technician and the repair person. He really knew what was broken ( 2 pipes) and tested the entire heating system to be sure of his recommendations. I was so relieved not to have to do a full replacement which started at 15k !! I cannot say enough about this efficient and honest father / son company . The service North Shore to NH!!

I had a complicated issue with my NTI GF200 combination boiler that was causing intermittent hot water problems. He was thorough in diagnosing the issue, took the time to work through it with NTI technical support, and ultimately identified that the flow switch needed to be replaced after first addressing a badly corroded heat exchanger that required a full cleaning.

Throughout the process he was responsive, honest, and willing to explain what he found. When there was confusion about the pricing, he listened to my concerns, clarified everything, and worked with me to make it right. That level of professionalism and integrity goes a long way.

The boiler is now working properly, and I appreciate the time and effort he put into solving a difficult problem rather than just replacing parts blindly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for someone knowledgeable, hardworking, and committed to getting the job done correctly.

    I hold an EPA Universal Certification, a NORA Oil Heat Technician Certification, and a Massachusetts Sheet Metal Apprentice License. I have also completed manufacturer training on HVAC systems, including heat pumps, mini split systems, and smart thermostats. I continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing technical training and hands-on field experience.
