Cannot thank Joan enough for his help. Our condo was without hot water for a few days and I reached out to Joan as soon as I identified the issue as an electrical one. Joan responded immediately and was able to find time to come by the condo right away. He had the issue diagnosed within a minute of arriving and resolved it just as quickly. The "Fast, Cheap, Good" principle states that you can only ever pick two of these qualities. Joan has all 3 and some bonus categories: responsive and clean! I’ve worked with about a handful or more electricians and none have been this quick or clean. Not only was the work well done, it looked like he was never there! When I went to check things out he had already put everything as it was before, and the project looked like it had been there all along. Joan was an excellent communicator throughout the process and gave me a quote the same day as his visit. He made it easy to schedule right away, even worked through Father’s Day. I’m eager to share his contact with some friends looking for an electrician, and have already asked him about another job. Hire him, you’ll be glad you did.
