My elderly aunt had her cellar in Amesbury flooded when the water main running between her house and the road broke! There was LOTS of water!! We called SERVEPRO of Lawrence and one of the owners came out to her house within an hour, and they had a crew there within a couple of hours, starting the drying, cleaning and sanitizing process. Their entire team was EXCELLENT to work with, and every person we worked with was very thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. They made what could have been an extremely arduous process, a mere inconvenience. SERVPRO of Lawrence should be very proud of the team they have assembled!! GREAT WORK!!

We contacted ServPro immediately after discovering flooding in the basement due to a malfunctioning washing machine. Thankfully, they were able to come the same day and begin mitigating the issue right away. Given that the home is fully renovated, it was important to ensure that no long-term damage occurred.The ServPro team was diligent and responsive, returning daily to monitor the situation, make necessary adjustments, and continue the drying process. They did everything they could to restore the space and minimize impact, and were truly grateful for their thoroughness and professionalism throughout the entire process.
