My elderly aunt had her cellar in Amesbury flooded when the water main running between her house and the road broke! There was LOTS of water!! We called SERVEPRO of Lawrence and one of the owners came out to her house within an hour, and they had a crew there within a couple of hours, starting the drying, cleaning and sanitizing process. Their entire team was EXCELLENT to work with, and every person we worked with was very thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. They made what could have been an extremely arduous process, a mere inconvenience. SERVPRO of Lawrence should be very proud of the team they have assembled!! GREAT WORK!!

Got to the house off hour's to help clean up a hot water heater that let go. The guys were great and got everything cleaned up and dried out!

I used Servpro when I had a leak in my basement. They had to pull up the floating wooden floor in my basement and flood cut the walls. ServPro was so easy to work with. They communicated with my insurance company directly, which made the process as painless as possible. They were quick with their responses, arrived on time, and communicated clearly. All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating, from their customer service representatives to the job manager to the guys who worked on site. The work was well done and completed in a timely manner. I would 100 percent recommend Servpro to others.

I highly recommend Brian White and his team! They are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to go over the process. They discovered mold and the next day they took care of it! Mold gone!His team, Gabby, Stephanie, Angela, and Rob are fantastic and wonderful to work with.
