Introduction: Is your dog having obedience or behavioral issues? We can help you! We are just a text/call away, or email us with a short description of what you are looking for and we will get back to you right away. We offer basic obedience training: - Sit - Down - Stay - Leave It - Come - Walking on a Leash And Behavioral Training for common issues such as: - Biting/Nipping - Loose Leash Walking - Potty Training - Jumping - Excessive Barking - Desensitizing - Chewing - Separating Anxiety and many other special training needs. We offer free consultations (by phone/text). $50/hr or $275 for six sessions (If the costs concerns you please reach out to me. I can try to make it work for everyone so that I can assist.) References are available upon request.

We have a 3 month English mastiff puppy who Is growing at an insane rate, finding jerry on thumbtack was the best thing for us! From meeting him the first day til now, he has made himself available at all times through text and calling, he even calls just to check in and see how things are going! We loved the idea of having someone come to us to help train one on one, instead of classes which can get overwhelming and not enough one on one time. Jerry gets to know the dog and make a plan of action from there, making it very personalized and making sure you get exactly what you want. His knowledge of dogs is quite impressive and has offered us so many useful tips in the handling of our giant pup. In 4 sessions we have been working on sit, stay, leave it and potty training. The results are wonderful and in such a short time! We are extremely happy so far in how well he is advancing, but also like that if our pup needs more time to learn something it's as simple as rescheduling the appointment, as jerry is very willing to work around your schedule. No complaints here, if you're looking for an experienced, personable and reliable trainer We highly recommend jerry!

Gerald is an excellent trainer! He quickly takes control of any situation and doesn't waste any time getting started working with your dog. It was pretty incredible to watch our 1 year old rescue dog respond almost instantly to his commands only seconds after meeting him. We adopted a 1 year old collie mix who is full of energy and needs a lot of attention. We had tried some more conventional methods of training, but wanted to accelerate it with some at home 1 on 1 training with a professional. Gerald was just that. By just watching him with our dog, we picked up a lot of training tips. He gives lot of advice about how to care for your dogs, and genuinely cares about establishing a good relationship between you and your dog. He is always accessible and checks in to see how things are going and offer any advice. He is a great guy and quite a professional. I highly recommend him!

Most important first: Jerry is GREAT! I had two dogs with very different temperaments and energy levels. Initially he did an assessment of the dogs and personalities, while talking to me and asking what my goals were. Subsequently he not only trained the dogs, but taught me how to follow up with the training techniques. He also called in between appointments to see how things were going and see if I needed any further advice. All in all an excellent experience!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a phone consultation to discuss the concerns about your dog. I will recommend the amount of training sessions which is typically six minimum and we will be make a date!
